Sometimes I do what I call “time travelling” where I pirate first with the intention to buy later when it’s cheaper.

It doesn’t seem like a platform that will do him many favors, unless it starts developing features he’s using on YouTube. His YT videos have multi-audio support so they can be watched in different languages, and I’m pretty sure X is single audio and also more compressed.

I don’t think so, I searched around but didn’t see anything noteworthy. Maybe a hacker will get bored one day and jailbreak them, but seems like there’s no hope as of right now.

It’s definitely in the starting/fear of happening phase. In the US, I often see articles talking about the potential financial meltdown that empty office buildings are going to create.
I think return to office mandates are silly. Regardless, it’s more about maintaining the office market values, right? So basically need to accept that’s where things are going and that will inevitably happen.
I’m not an economist, so I don’t know the full implications of it all, but I know things will be in for a ride.
