The best ones for this are the ones from Best Buy. Easystore.

I just want an app to backup all the photos from my phone automatically. I use NextCloud for that currently and it works well. But, it’s kinda heavy for what I want/need.
Iirc signal has something you can host for the communications of strangers.
I’ve got multiple Orange Pi’s. They are pretty nice.
Have a suggestion?
Amen. I appreciate my UPS for sure!
Woah, I can’t wait to never afford that!
A lot of people don’t understand git. But then again, they could have listed them in their comment above 🤔
Damn. Good burn! I wish my legislators would do something good…

Idk why you insist on it being a psyop, but you do you. I tried to find an android device that had hardware support for H.264, H.265, and others and it’s not much there. I believe Firetv 4K does but then you are getting a more locked down android with a bunch more ads.
Yeah, very legit.
Then you weren’t in the r/self-hosting or r/piracy communities. It comes from the fact that it supports most codecs. So when you want to watch almost any movie on Plex, the server won’t have to transcode.
Same for tiktok for me. I love the weekly scroll with my SO.
It’s worth donating if you have the means to. I paid for a lifetime Plex subscription. So, I felt uncomfortable not donating to Jellyfin. They take donations on open collective.
Yeah, I’ve been switched to using Jellyfin anyways. I hope they can do this successfully. They haven’t been the best for a while anyways…
True. I don’t use it. But, it does cost money.
I agree with the foss alternatives part. FreeCAD isn’t great, but I’ve been loving ondsel lately which is a fork that improves the interface and even sends some pull requests to the upstream. 😊
