lol honestly my middle manager boss makes more than him while he’s running one of the most stressful jobs in the world.

Basically the moral of the story is that Spotify should have followed in their footsteps and become their own record company.
I think the second season was the peak and the third was also good. Honestly the first season to me out of the three was the weakest as it dealt way too much with the love triangle.
And what’s worse is when you’re watching , there’s nothing related to religion. There’s just death, poverty, and lack of hope at the forefront. These kids need help so so bad and the international community is throwing a blind eye towards it.
Honestly people should watch Born in Gaza. You can see what how their lives have been affected by the constant conflicts throughout their lives.
I’m not advocating for terrorism at all and that should be clear. But you can clearly see why many of these kids are so prone to being radicalized. Unnamed aggressors with no face bombing constantly whether it be farmland or ambulances or what have you. Hamas absolutely should be stopped but there needs to be a different approach. This cycle will just keep producing more and more fighters for them as they believe they are the resistance.
I enjoyed Man In the High Castle but have heard the finale is horrible. Plot against America is also great.
So no more MFI badges on accessories?
I still haven’t finished it . Didn’t like the direction and then they butchered Andy’s character and growth. I did watch the finale which i loved.
Not controversial at all. That trailer was brilliant and it was also right before Dark Knight (or was it DKR) which got me even more excited after experiencing it.
Mind you I still enjoyed the movie (though way more after watching the directors cut).
Oh man this is definitely high up on the list and that’s from someone who does still enjoy his movies.
His watchmen trailer is still one of my favorites: https://youtu.be/wdiHDzT6YbQ?si=CKcY4fqFnDLGuHzO
Also loved his man of steel trailers
For me it has to be all the trailers for the first Suicide Squad. So well executed and somehow stole the show away from the equally as promising Batman Vs Superman. That Comic Con was probably the most optimistic DC’s future looked in the past decade.
My fun little canon is that the actual movie doesn’t exist and the trailers are a very stylized prologue to James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad. It gives backstory to some of the main characters (Flagg, Harley, Waller) and their motivations while also teasing characters who may or may not show up in potential sequels

I’m loving it here but yeah hope there’s a bit more engagement. I think the main thing people need to focus on is building up the more common communities. From there we can slowly branch out as more people join. If we spread out too thin we’re just going to get graveyard communities.
As we grow we can focus on expanding and getting more of those niche communities going .
The Halo Trilogy I truly believe is the best video game music. The original from CE instantly became iconic and felt pivotal to the game. Then each iteration tweaked the formula in a way that represented the respective game. The heavy rock Breaking Benjamin style from Halo 2 represents the rebellious nature of the story (and honestly it represented gaming culture at the time). Then the music really matured with a heavy piano theme for Halo 3. The score made you feel the sacrifice of the characters and us saying goodbye to a brilliant story.
Some great tracks:
The political scene there seems to have become Russian like. The opposition party seems to have been squashed and imprisoned leading to sham elections.
I have the Rog Ally and I love it but there are some issues with this. I’m digging how this looks and the detachable controllers are really dope. I might just return mine and wait for this. Windows really needs to find a big picture mode to work. At least the Xbox App.
Like seeing the competition. I got the Rog Ally right now and loving it. Not sure I would want the joy cons type form factor though that might make portability easier.
It feels like the same Reddit crowd from when I was in college (2011). So I’m guessing we skew towards millennials, early Gen Z folks. Definitely more tech oriented than other platforms that’s for sure. Also just as liberal as Reddit. There is a much larger focus on privacy here as well.
Is that you Ross?
It’s pretty depressing how we went from eagerly hoping and praying for a vaccine to come to now having to somehow convince people to take it when there’s a surge in cases.
I didn’t care much for the logo change as it’s not really a big deal. What got me to cancel was them adding ANOTHER tier for 4K and then said “no we didn’t have any fee hikes” yet they removed it from the existing plan.
