I know a hardware guy that lives on a farm and uses raspberry pi for his garden hoses.

I’m pretty sure no one likes the seats that face each other. It’s just a design that allows the bus to have more seats than otherwise possible.
Busses are so packed where I live, my real issue is the city not providing more busses and not the seats facing each other
I detest the “I stick with X brand” kind of mindset. You should always research. Bare minimum you can do (that goes a long way) is to ask online
To be fair, I think the product naming schemes for Intel and AMD sucks to the point that non enthusiasts can be left confused.
It’s crazy how little know about hardware. It’s gotten better over the years for sure, but still drives me wild that people say things like “bro Intel is better than amd bro” without talking about benchmarks, price/performance.
I once heard a gamer content creator say “I always go Intel bro, you need to get one for your next PC” as if the brand name is the thing that matters.
Or another pet peeve is when they say “why is your i5 better than my i7” without thinking about release years. Yeah I’m a nerd /end rant
Can you expand on why? I’m not very well versed on Android OS or their firmware.
Won’t ever be because we’re in the stage where everything is marketed as much as possible.it would take a massive cultural and political shift to change that.
I think you’re confusing virus and malware. Windows is malware by definition. I think according to gnu philosophy any proprietary software is malware because features are designed to make profits and not to service the end user.
Trying to be more positive. My cynicism doesn’t affect me but it seems to put others down.
I 100% agree. The only people that really understand me are my family. The second closest are online friends.
I find that people are more genuine in online interactions because they’re not trying to play any social games and there is no need to present yourself in any conforming way.
I also struggle to form strong bonds with average people because I’m too impatient to play social courtesy games. I want to talk about things theyre passionate about not what they saw on the dog park last Saturday.
Battery is such a cutesy way of skirting around the fact that my mental health wanes in my 9 to 5 from forcing myself to interact and behave differently. Not anything like a battery to me.
But I wish I was able to tap into the social energy people have so I could make myself come across to them to show that I do appreciate them
As someone who didn’t see their parents throughout the school year: Kinda sucked.
