Just look into John McAfee’s baby blues and tell me he isn’t reliable!
Just look into John McAfee’s baby blues and tell me he isn’t reliable!
Just look into John McAfee’s eyes and tell me it isn’t true.
Never underestimate the pettiness of the u/gallowboobs of the world.
I’d be willing to risk it all for the pi.
Because they often have “bot” in their name to make it clear.
In my opinion, it is perceived difficulty that keeps people from using it. Most basic users will use the OS that is installed on the computer when it ships and never stray from that. It often takes another Linux user to introduce someone to it before they will use it.
Those concerns you mentioned are basically non existent for a low level user who just wants to do email, internet, and word documents, which covers a decent chunk of home windows users. Not all, of course, but many.
Bro, you’re talking about Arch. No duh it isn’t user friendly—it isn’t designed to be. If you’re going to compare Windows to Linux, the only fair comparison would be to Ubuntu or Linux Mint or something else designed for the people outside of the tech-illuminati.
I admit, I didn’t, but I thought the movie was so horrible that I couldn’t imagine how the game could possibly be better. Glad to hear they redeemed it a bit.
It’s the Walmart of torrents, and it’s got more LEO than a New York Dunkin Donuts.
I generally agree that I think there are bigger fish to fry that don’t bring any joy to the user. I smoke weed and smoked cigarettes in the past and have no illusions about their safety, but at the same time I recognize that I get a benefit from it and it outweighs the risk for me.
I was simply trying to point out that this is actually aimed at their primary cause of death rather than being a simple scapegoat to take focus off of other issues.
Sir, I’m going to need you to stop being so criminally dank. /s
The pre-rolls with live resin are my absolute favorite. They make mini joints that will hit harder than 2 normal joints in an illegal state, but they are just a few puffs long and super clean so you don’t get the throat scratch from too much smoke.
Every single time I’m in a legal state, that is the first thing I buy when I leave the airport. I also have very much enjoyed watching my stoner friends underestimate their power and end up stoned to the boned.
Bro, it’s a bag of weed. Chill.
I thought that when I first read this thread, but a little googling revealed that cancer is the leading cause of death in Canada (as of 2019). With that perspective, it makes a little more sense why they would be targeting this issue specifically, even if it is almost guaranteed to not stop the majority of users.
That may be true, but I have had nothing but reliability from mine. Hell, there was one with a broken plastic SATA pin support and bent pins, and that thing still worked and tested fine for 3 more years.
As with all things, results may vary, but if you have a decent backup of your most important files, they are still the best bang for your buck to get a huge amount of storage, imo.
Moving your files back and forth should be no problem, especially if you have a decent router. Local networks are freaky fast these days, and are often only limited by the read/write speed of your disk.
I basically seed forever, and I also upload and fill requests sometimes. I have dozens of terabytes seeding. I see it as my contribution to the preservation of the art, and if I’m going to take up the storage space with it I might as well be seeding it too.
The real question is why would anyone want to play Riddick.
Lol.
Out of curiosity, does it not feel weird to pay $1 for an album that someone else clearly pirated? Cut out the middle man and plunder that booty yourself for free! Or pay more money and actually contribute to the artist.
Your current plan is giving your hard earned dollar to organized criminals for nothing more than the illusion of a legal purchase. What they are doing (selling pirated content for profit) is literally more illegal than piracy itself.
Not saying he’s a saint, but isn’t an alternative interpretation that he was young, inexperienced, and had a bad relationship, then grew up, learned some things, and had a better relationship later? Julian Lennon was on Bill Maher’s podcast recently and described a reconciliation between him and his dad right before he died.
Again, not trying to excuse all his bad behavior in his first marriage, but I also don’t think that a failed relationship is enough evidence to judge a whole life by, especially one that was under extraordinary pressure.
