That is exactly what we want, a controllable much slower reaction to release a reasonable amount of energy at a time… The sun.

Where you getting the energy to capture and dry algae that results in a total positive capture?
Call Microsoft and tie up their support
Except now you have 100 plants that all taste like shit, because all strawberries now taste bland or sour.
In some cases mocktails have ingredients that are more complex and harder to make.
Mocktails, a whole new world
S10+ with mst pay is the greatest of all time. Like 50-70% of places still don’t have tap to pay. Mst still works at 80-90% of no tap venues.
And that’s what benchmarks are for
I’m all for the concept but their assets are 3 houses, 5 cars, a plane, 5 paintings, and a massive company or two. How the fuck you going to split that amonst the masses? You can’t, and I bet if the business becomes a co-op it fails.
Already hit 45
This makes op a bad parent. Know this first op… The luxury of autosave is the least of your worries.
Delusional, how is this upvoted? You’re stealing value from the holder. You get something you shouldn’t have, and they do not get something they should have. Let’s call it what it is even if some don’t believe the system is fair.
Buying should be ownership to use for personal use in perpetuity. So in that sense downloading a copy of something you’ve paid a purchase license for should never be illegal.
Lennar is an insanely bad builder. They have no quality control. Whole neighborhoods with out of spec engineering and they rely on people being unable or unwilling to fight them.
They actually do perform the best in tests
We have different definitions of what amazing is. Poor food, is only poor food, because people with money choose better things because those better things have a higher taste ceiling, therefore poor food can only ever be average at best, else is it really poor food?
In practice very few places accept the plus sign as a valid email
A 10 year estimate of cost: That’s 900/year + buy in and opportunity cost 1200/year. That’s 2100/year for 14 days. So roughly 150-200/day locked in for a decade of short notice off season bookings. It’s not bad, but it’s also not good unless the rooms start going for 400+ in the future. Which even then you’re only saving 2-3k/year for the restrictions, and if you don’t use it fully the value quickly swings in their direction.
There is no nuanced discussion on this topic, as there is only 1 correct reaction, within which any degree of outrage is justified.
At over something like 2200 calories, that is 4 meals though, so like $7 per meal. Still horribly expensive for pizza though.
